  • 3+ years of experience working with learners who have special needs (e.g., ADHD, ASD, dyslexia, gifted education, etc.).

  • Deep understanding of differentiated instruction, UDL (Universal Design for Learning), and individualized education plans (IEPs).

  • Strong communication and empathy skills for working with families, educators, and students.

  • Familiarity with digital learning tools, assistive technologies, and adaptive learning systems.

  • Bonus: Experience with AI-powered education, homeschooling, or online learning platforms.

Benefits

  • 🌍 Meaningful global impact — help make AI-driven education accessible for all learners.

  • 💡 Innovative environment — collaborate with developers and educators creating inclusive technology.

  • 🕐 Flexible schedule — remote work tailored to your availability.

  • 💰 Competitive compensation based on experience and scope.
