Job Description

We’re seeking a passionate and creative Early Childhood Learning Expert to design and support educational experiences for young learners (ages 3–8).

In this role, you’ll collaborate with curriculum designers, AI developers, and family coaches to create engaging, play-based, and developmentally appropriate content that prepares children for lifelong learning success.

You’ll help make early learning in Self-Degree not only effective — but magical. ✨

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee early learning roadmaps focused on literacy, numeracy, creativity, and critical thinking.

• Create interactive, play-based lessons and activities that encourage exploration and joy in learning.

• Collaborate with AI developers to ensure lessons are adaptive and age-appropriate.

• Provide guidance for parents and homeschoolers on early education strategies.

• Integrate proven early learning frameworks (Montessori, Reggio Emilia, Waldorf, etc.) into Self-Degree’s system.

• Develop learning milestones, progress tracking tools, and gamified reward systems for young learners.

• Ensure content aligns with child development standards and supports diverse learning needs.

• Contribute to family workshops, training materials, and guides for early education at home

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience teaching or designing curriculum for early learners (ages 3–8).

• Strong understanding of child development, learning through play, and age-appropriate pedagogy.

• Experience supporting homeschooling families or alternative education settings.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex concepts into fun, simple learning experiences.

• Familiarity with digital learning tools, gamified platforms, or adaptive learning systems.
